Welcome to Clearview Renovations. As a company, we strongly believe in providing our Clients full disclosure and transparency; we pride ourselves in being an honest and trustworthy business in our industry. As such, we are providing the public with some legal disclaimers to look over prior to hiring us. By using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Services Provided

Clearview Renovations provides painting, repairs, drywall, trim/textures, remodeling, and home renovations services, including but not limited to:

  • Kitchen remodeling
  • Bathroom renovations
  • Home additions
  • Interior and exterior painting
  • Flooring installation
  • Basement renovations
  • Apartment turns [unit painting]
  • Pressure washing

Estimates and Pricing

All estimates provided by Clearview Renovations are based on initial assessments and are subject to change. Final pricing will be confirmed after a thorough evaluation of the project scope.

Contracts and Agreements

All projects require a signed contract prior to commencement. The contract will outline the scope of work, payment terms, timelines, and other essential details. Changes to the scope of work after the contract is signed may result in additional charges.

Payment Terms

Payments are due as outlined in the contract. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend work if payments are not made on time.

Warranties

We offer a limited warranty on our workmanship. Materials used may be covered by manufacturer warranties. Details will be provided in the contract.

Permits and Regulations

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that all necessary permits are obtained prior to the start of the project. Clearview Renovations will assist with this process where possible but is not liable for any issues arising from permit issues. If requested, Clearview will handle obtaining permits in your stead, however, please note that permits could get quite costly.

Liability

Clearview Renovations and/or its Partners/General Contractors carry liability insurance. However, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Clients are encouraged to obtain their own insurance coverage as needed.

Governing Law

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Colorado/USA. Any disputes arising from the use of our services will be resolved in the appropriate courts in Broomfield, Colorado.

Changes to Terms

Clearview Renovations reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes, and continued use of our services will constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
